When bluffing the flop you should think about what turn cards you can continue betting on also is the villain b/f much here etc. So on the turn your really hoping for an A,Q or K possibly where you can fire another barrel. K is a scare card.

But for example if you had AcQc here this would be a better spot to bluff the flop because you can now bet any club A,Q or K on the turn, A or Q your vbetting and club you semi bluffing and a K not a club your just bluffing a scare card with 1 overcard.

AdQd AsQs same story and your AJs as well that have BDFD would be better hands in your range to bluff this flop with rather than AQo etc.
